My guess is that the pots weren't actually installed when that pic was taken. The knobs were just sitting on the guitar's top, and that one slid out of position before the shutter clicked.

They paint cool guitars.. But seem a bit high for paint.. also he is avoiding the logo situation.. I agree if you brand something thats not.. you are asking for trouble... If you made it by hand from scratch then its not a Gibson Les paul, Now is it!!

If you took a Gibson Les paul and painted it then thats cool.. its still a Gibson...
