Full Lo Pro Edge 7 Install Help

hey friends, i haven’t played guitar in a while from an injury. i took apart my ibanez 7 string to clean and what not. my memory is foggy on the proper way to get springs installed. how do i get the bridge to not move while im trying to get to install it? is there a good video out there showing a full install? thanks.

thank you! once i get the springs or strings loosely on the there i should be ok. its amazing how much you forget when you don’t play guitar for 2 years. have been playing lo pro edge bridges since the 90’s.
