I got my first seven string today... A Schecter Loomis signature.

It absolutely slays that's all I can really sum up right now. I ordered it without playing one (I know it's Risky)from the Ebay store "Stringsandthings" and it arrived in perfect condition, and blew away every expectation I had.

Compared to my Edwards LP, it just kills it in every way. The Neck feels better (So much thinner it's rediculous) , It plays better, More frets and that low B :scream: :yesway:

And Yes I know this thread is worthless without Pics  But I'm trying to find my camera and when I do I'll post pics.

Damn.... What took me so long to get a seven?

Yeah, my first 7 was $150 Monterey. Basically just a nock-off of the 7321. That was just to get a feel for the sevenstring and to see if it was for me. Soon after I picked up an RG1527. :metal:

the Loomis's neck is a lot thinner than an LP? Really? Cool beans.

Grats on the score man, but we need pics! :D:D

Welcome to the forums. :wavey:

Excellent choice for a first 7. Other than the pickups, I love just about everything on that guitar.

Actually now that I have the money hopefully I'll buy SOMETHING  but at this point I'm just going to try not to tell anyone what I'm thinking of getting until I actually pull the trigger on something, because I will almost undoubtedly change my mind 3 or 4 times before the deal is done.
