I know that they've been very busy at BKP with the 8-string Juggernauts being released. I've ordered from BKP 3 times and they were very quick (shipping out within 2 weeks).
I ordered most recently from Axe Palace on 2/24 for 8-string BKP's. Got an email on 3/23 that they'd be shipping soon, but no word since. I'm not inclined to assume anything negative about BKP or their US dealers, but it does seem like there's a lot more latency in this process that I'd expect, and certainly more than I've had when dealing with them directly. I don't know how much of that has to do with orders being bottlenecked at BKP or the dealer, customs, etc...
