Harley Benton project - Finito. (56k...wait 30 seconds or so)

It's finally done D:

After what must have been at least a year, I've finally clear-coated it and put it back together. Now that I have the floyd floating above the body, I've finally sorted out all my intonation issues. Also, it doesn't sound too bad . It'll tide me over till I accquire something a bit more upper-class ;D.

In case you're wondering, the gun is loosely based on a Baretta. Also, the finish was achieved by that stone spray stuff. It's pretty cool, especially if you can't be arsed sanding the body to perfection. Then I just sprayed over it with some cheap gloss green, then a bunch of lacquer.

Thugg.

Back is a tad patchy. Looks better IRL.

As you can see, the action requires a bit of adjustment >___>

Played a show with it last night. It's already had a chip taken out of it. Bastard drummers

But yes, I played a Monterey seven string once upon a time, and I was quite surprised by how nicely it played. I do own a Monterey 5-string bass, and it's good at what it does
