I am going to invest in a portable recording rig in the near future. I can not decide on a Sequencer. I have been using a N-Track Studio for the past few years and have had stability issues and I am going to move on. I was kind of leaning towards Cakewalk Sonar Home Studio (or maybe just Studio).
I am going to purchase a Dell M1210 right away so that will be the computer the software will be running on. For guitar, bass and vocals I am will be using a Line 6 KB37 Toneport. I will also use the KB37 for midi functionality. For drums I have a Korg PadKontrol and a stripped down version of DFH Superior. Everything needs to be compatible and I need to be able to edit and program drums efficiently and easily. I use synths only occasionally. Thanks everyone in advance.
