Hi, guys!

I'm trying to get a new pickups for my Peavey Rotor EXP, to throw away his stock ones.
Guitar is neck through, mahogany body and neck, ebony fretboard, 2 humbuckers.
I play it tuned to D, thrash/power/heavy/ prog stuff.
Seymour Duncan JB is at the top of my list, for now.

So, give me your opinion, it's more than welcome!

Wrong section, but I'd recommend the Duncan SH-5, Full Shred, or Distortion.

The SH-5 is like a higher output and tighter PAF, the Full Shred is lower output but clear as a bell, and the Distortion is just balls-out-in-your-face.

Mahogany+full shred is a good combo.
Don't forget good ol EMG 81/85. In the genre you cited half the albums are done with those.

I like the Crunchlab that I have in my Ibby 6 string. Then again the Blackouts I have in another guitar are pretty brutal, too. Maybe not the best for real Djenty stuff, though.

The D-activators are a good choice, too. I have them in one of my 7's and love the way they sound.
