Help on the higher side of vox(scretching?)

yo yo, trying to add more range in my vox, i got a decent mid range, i cant do lows to save my life so im trying to high side of the spectrum, anyone got a good pod patch for aggressive vocals and mixing techs.. higher vox are at the end of the clip.. thanks in advance yo

Recording vocals is about using the right signal chain for the vocals in question.

Whether that's a dynamic or condenser, with a compressor or not etc...


In terms of mixing, you want to mix it into the mix so that it comes out from the centre rather than sitting on top of the mix. A good way to do this is to use reverb on a bussed track so that you can control how much of it there is being sent. Reverb will push something further back into the mix.
