The most expensive guitar I've got is a Martin acoustic - the very first time I took it out of the house to go do an open mic type thing, it survived the trip, but when I got home, I took it out of the case to return it to the usual stand and mashed it into a door jamb, putting a subtle but still soul-crushing gash in the back.

Woops, forgot to reply. But yeah, it's a 2013 production that I got in 2021. I'm not fussed about it at all, but I do feel stupid because that could have been any of my more expensive guitars lesson learned. Gf forgave me, too
