Hey everyone!

I've been lurking on here for years but I've only recently jumped onto the guitar building train. I've got a few examples of what I've been up to recently. My builds so far are almost entirely hand tools with partial use of a desktop CNC.

First Build:
7 string bass
31.5" - 33" multiscale
13 piece laminate neck through construction
Woods used; Maple, Ebony, Mahogany, Ziricote, Purpleheart and Ebony veneer.
EMG45DC's with solderless EMG electronics
ABM single string bridges

Current Build:
8 string headless guitar
25" - 27" multiscale
5 piece laminate set neck construction
Woods used; Maple, Ebony, Swamp Ash, Wenge, Buckeye Burl
Bare Knuckle Juggernauts
ABM headless single string bridges
Totally custom made stainless steel stringlock

Future Builds:
7 string guitar
25.5" - 26" multiscale
Neck through construction
Poplar Burl top
Swamp Ash body
Hipshot hardware
The rest of the spec TBC

I also own a DIY desktop CNC that I use to cut body/neck/fretboard templates, cut fret slots including any multiscale combinations and I can also cut fretboard and body inlays with it. Examples of my work are below.

The CNC was a DIY project and took me about 6 months to get working properly. It runs on GCODE

Here's some more progress pictures, contoured the body somewhat, stabilised the buckeye burl, glued the fretboard on and spoke shaved the neck down from 27mm wide to 22mm. Sleek!

Just an update of what I'm currently working on. I'll post a new thread when I eventually finish something. I'm away filming on location at the moment but I expect to carry on working in the next 6 weeks

I started on another headless multiscale 8 string build with my own designed steel stringlocks.
