Hey everyone, I've been lurking here for a few months and decided i should finally post something 
. My name is Ian, I'm a college student at KU and I'm just getting into guitars. Been playing various instruments since 6th grade but the first time I picked up a guitar was last summer...
. I listen to a lot of progressive/math metal (Meshuggah and the like), and I want to start making some of my own! Current rig is college budget type stuff, a lefty Schecter Omen 7 string 
(ill swap out the pickups asap, i promise! ) and a Roland 20x, which for me (and my roommates) certainly does the trick. I look forward to contributing to this awesome community down the line!
