so like i said i would have pictures of the wood itself when the snow melts, well after i posted last, my buddy who milled the wood invited me over for some wobbly pops last night and this is what we got. not to bad looking, this isnt sanded of course im curious myself to see what it looks like when its done!

and this pic if you can see it will be the fret board, its black cherry.


I will have more pictures later today when im finished drawing the guitar design on the wood, now it woun't be cut for about a year because its still dryin but i wanna show you guys the new design i made!

yea its pretty dark in person the picture doesnt do it any justice.

BUT on the other hand hears what the guitar looks like.

This is the first time i have ever heard of someone using this wood. The grain does look nice and i'm excited to see what kind of tone this wood can produce.
