All 3 bands that I play in are currently caught chort in the lineup department (lacking 2 drummers and keys).
Where does everyone go when they are hunting out new musicians?

Join My Band - Musicians Wanted/Available, Find Band Members Online is normally pretty good, not sure how many 7 stringers look there but i do so more probably do

I'd love to try the local community but the only place that actually put originals bands on has just closed down, so there basically is no local community any more

Oh, and the 2 drummers aren't for the same band, they just seem to rare as unicorn piss round these parts...

It's always amusing when you realise that of the millions of people who play instruments... There are only a few thousand in the world who are truly

a) dedicated
b) reliable
c) talented players
d) talented writers

and of those... maybe a few hundred live in your country and even less are interested in playing your style of music.

Frustrating isn't it...

Particularly seeing as most of those are guitarists.
