Hum/single/Hum wiring question

Is it possible to wire a 2 humbuckers and one single to a regular 3 way switch? I have an Ibanez with two humbuckers and a middle single coil and find the split positions useless, I would like to have it where it goes bridge only, middle only, then neck. I was thinking instead of jumpering the two humbuckers to the middle position on the switch, could I just hook up the single instead?

That's basically what you need to do...remove the jumpers and wire up single to the center position. If you're looking for a new switch, the CRL 3way that Stew Mac sells would work.
