Never in a million years would i have thought i would say this but damn, the new song that linkin park is workin on is pretty fuckin heavy and dare i say "good". it sounds like they have taken a page out of the book that is MACHINE HEAD(supercharger era).

If all their new material is going to be like this, i think i might consider buying their next album

Erm...at the beginning it sorta felt like it had potential but...nope.

His rapping still sounds lame and he still has a very annoying voice.

Riff just felt like an everyday radio rock riff.

Actually, that's a step down. This band makes me sick to my stomach, ARGH what a joke they are! I can't believe I used to listen to this crap and call it good. This is even worse than their older stuff, and more like nu-metal. WHY WAS I SO STUPID?!? .................................................. OKAY, rant over. I'm glad I got that out.

You know, I used to hate Linkin Park, but I appreciate some of their stuff like "Faint." Sure all their songs are extremely commercial, and they all sound the same, but IMO that one song they keep on re-writing I really like

I like their earlier stuff better--I liked the ambient, layered sort of techno metal rap thing they had going.

Heh, the other day I was at the local music store cause my bassist is looking for a keyboard. Anyway, I went up to one of the keyboards and it took me about 10 seconds to figure out how to play "In The End" and I was playing that just as some virtuoso keyboardists walked in and started showing off. I felt like a dork It's cool though, I don't know shit about keys...
