b) Great cover! Both mixes sound distant to my ears, but I prefer the 2nd one. You can hear all the instruments clearly, some weird stuff going on when the solo guitars kick in at around 2:00

By distant, do you mean not loud enough, or something else?

BTW how do i make my mixes sound awesome without spenind money? i'm 14 and jobless so i can't afford much. MY guitar, mark iii, and setup were purchased with saving for years, but i can't really afford anything else yet.
