You should have enough personal details on this person to be able to make a good case.

Just because it's something you can learn from doesn't mean you have to give up straight away.

Maybe it isn't worth it but I think you need to take a couple steps and find out a little more before giving up.

Also, let me guess, you went with the cheapest, less optioned shipping available? That's not going to help either.

He didn't actually. But apparently it is illegal in Canada to stop a delivery after it has been accepted so I don't think it would have matter what option he went with...

I haven't quite given up yet, I'm still working to resolve it all. It's just been.... Stressful and depressing as fuck.
