I went to snipe an ISP Decimator Pro Rack G with the stereo mod, and I contacted the seller before hand because he wasn't willing to ship to Canada. I said I could get it shipped to someone in the states, he told me to go ahead. I input my snipe into my sniping software, and then my bid was blocked The reason? The auction didn't say he'd ship to Canada and my confirmed address is Canadian. My snipe was higher than the final bid too. Not really the seller's fault, but it pissed me off. I could have had it for $250.
