If I were in your position, I'd sell or trade the LTD for a different type of Ibby so I would have some variety. If you want another 7 string, get one with a fixed bridge or different pickup config. or something. If you're open to it, get a nice 6 or pick up an 8 string to experiment with. After selling my LTD's, I ended up with an RGA121, RD7421, and an RG8. Love each one. I plan on eventually picking up an RGD2127z to have something with a trem. Then again, I'm a studio guy that really never has to play live / think of a backup. Go with what you think would suit your needs best!
