Ibanez RG560 and swirl question ....

first, i've got a line on a used RG560 lefty. it has a few nicks and chips , but i can get it for $199 plus shipping. is that a decent price ? i've never even seen a 560 lefty before.

second, what's a fair price to pay to have a swirl paint job done? and anybody have a good guy to suggest for the job ?

thanks "mindcrime" , i just heard from humanfuseben . i'm going to have him do a swirl for me, just not right at this moment. now i just gotta choose the colors!!!
