Idea (E530/Guitar Rig) Clean test

Something i was playing around with last night... Good clean tone test anyway.

Used Guitar Rig for effects. No bass

I was using the Reaper delay plugin but these guitar rig effects seem easier to dial in to my likings.

what i said, and i think its just stock settings on the digital man mod.

I honestly wasnt sure how this preamp would do with cleans but im surprisingly happy with the results so far.

edit: hey dude, what is your whole signal chain like (including guitar/pickups, specific impulses used, eq... etc) lol

i like it.... we need to get an e530 settings thread together, i was actually very happy with the cleans on the e530, it seems that it does that and like, metal/ compressed sounding lead tones best. (it also djents very well, but i'm trying to figure out how to get that low end into there, as it seems to totally cut that off... maybe with some distorted bass).

Guitar signal chain: ESP M1 - EMG81 - E530 - maudio SOLO - Reaper

Bass signal chain: Bass - maudio SOLO - Ampeg SVX vst

Guitars = 4 takes
1=100%L 2=80%L 3=100%R 4=80%R

Bass = 1 take Centered

E530 settings: Contour on - hi gain on - gain 1pm - bass 2pm - low mids 3pm - hi mids 2pm - Treble 2pm - Lead vol 10pm

Guitar EQ: Hi pass @ 80hz - lo pass @ 11500kz

Impulses: Boogex vst - "Grind" on 100%R & 80%R - "Awsome4pulse" on 100%L & 80%L

The balls of the 530 lye in quad tracking brother. I was having serious problems with ur issue prior.

A e530 thread would be cool. Things are getting pretty popular.



btw the clean settings im using here are:

Clean gain 3pm - Bass 11pm - mid 12pm - treble 1pm No bright switch
