Either I'd save it, and pay for a Jackson CS down the road, Or I'd throw most of it into stocks, and then buy myself a little something-something. Probably a Jackson..

The responsible answer: Fix a few problems with my car, probably pay up my car ins. and cell bill for a while so I can save my checks and budget for new gear.

The RIGHT answer: Buy said "New Gear" - Another Gibby Explorer (EMG81\85) - better computer for demoing - decent interface - Better modeler or combo amp for bedroom recording

orange 412, custom carvin loaded with BKP's, a set of aftermath's for my SG, something to make the cleans on my 6505+ better, and a bunch of packs of strings. there's so much more though, ugh.

I'd go buy a used Mesa Stilleto Combo and the rest towards a deposit on a house or my wedding next year.

3k? I want to say put it towards paying off some student loans...but an axe-fx II or Mesa Mark V + a set of BKP's would sure be nice. =P

I would use it towards my 4k credit card debt that i have.

Then use said credit to acquire more gear

No but really i would pay of my debt....and keep it off...at least for a little while

I'd probably spend it on hard cases for all my gear as they're so damn expensive. Then just upgrade all my leads.

I'm going to be lame and say what others have said. I'd get an axe-fx II. Sadly, there won't be much left after that. I'd try and get a midi switching pedal with the leftovers. Also, the axe-fx II is technically 3k worth of delay pedals among others, haha.

Carvin 8-String
Ibanez Premium RG927QM
5150/6505 head, possibly used.

Might be a bit over $3000, but that's what I'd put it towards.

With what's left maybe an orange ppc212, if I had enough.

Gear: Mark V and a seven string (either a Carvin, or an Ibanez + new pickups all around).

Not Gear: Used motorcycle and a new Mac.

Responsible: Student loan payments.

Being married that would mean stumbling upon just shy of $1500, maybe less since we have a kid. It would end up going to the bank account and sitting there until the VA state property tax bill shows up.

Gearwise though, I'd be all about a brand new macbook, peavey revalver, and a softstep controller.
