hey
ive only got a few band's cds, and im looking at expanding my listening collection for inspiration. anyone suggest me some good albums with heavy powerful riffs? all kinds of metal

Hmmm... I'm gonna list a few CD's that (some) arent neccesarily metal, but are good sources of inspiration.

Living Colour - Times Up
Faith no more - The real thing
Meshuggah - Destroy Erase Improve (Their best IMO)
Corrosion of Conformity - Blind
Necrophagist - Onset of Purification

That's all I can think of right now.

Dismember - Hate Campaign
Arch Enemy - Burning Bridges

i would recommend you'd check them out before buying but if you dont feel comfy with "try before buy" id suggest atleast try some free samples at amazon or something
