I've got a big problem!

The weather is getting colder in Hungary... its only 20degrees, its not cold, but my heands getting frozen again! I don't know why but my hands turn white and I can't use them at guitar! What sould I do????? Wear glove all the time?????

Get a heater in your room. Helps me a lot. I also wash my hands in warm water before I play.

Well I tried both of them but didn't help... if its warmed up a bit it gets cold after a secound

Sould I go to a doctor? Maybe there's problem with my hands bloodcirculation?

you could try those han exercise ball thingys, duno if they work for circulation but exercising your hands could help
