Man, those are so cool. I should've bought one back when I was an endorser. HNGD!

You need a DV8, too, to complete the set.

Also a forklift, because those things are HUGE, double-Rhoads size.

Well I had the sunset burst ltd back in the day, and hell yeah, it's a pretty big V, bigger than the KV. Sold it....But I wanted to try other guitars back then....such a d...k
There's one on reverb, but pretty expensive, especially for an LTD, but I'll wait and maybe pickup a standard one.
Still not treally intereste din the kramer gibson, but if one pops up at a good price, maybe, just for the collection.
The main goal is a KV1 korina (i could go for a KV2 still, that would do the trick for me without the sig though :) )

on a french pre owned site. The guy wanted offers. I'm always wary of that because you can ask any price and he can aswer "someone outbid you" without any proof and raise the price to his will. But he was nice. Showed my best arguments and love for megadave and we had a deal to the price i wanted at the beginning.
Got two tiny knicks but nothing bad.
The first one i sold was 1500 euros 6 yrs ago (what a dumb f¨¨¨g move but i didn't play that much back in the day) and this time it didn't go through the roof at least not as much as I expected....
One guy is selling a KV pro MIJ mustaine on the same site for a year....4500 euros.....yeah sure
paid 900 euros for mine 7 yrs ago....even more expensive than a USA KV2 !!!!!

I think I know the site. I remember finding an ESP on there that I was interested in but could not contact the seller as it required a french phone number. It seems that the y2kv was meant for you to get it!
Waiting for more pictures and a mustaine family shot!

So I picked this up last year for a pretty good price (for some reason Jackson aficionados seem to pass this model by). I had one in red back in 2005 and traded it in towards a USA Model and never really thought much about this model until this one popped up for sale. I grabbed it and decided out of the box these are really good guitars, but decided to step it up even more. I replaced the trem with an Original German made Floyd , changed the locking nut as well, pulled the pickups (too metal for what I needed this for) dropped in a Custom 5, a classic stack + and a quarter pounder in the neck. added a push pull pot to split the Custom 5 and now it's very close in playability to my USA SL-1 and sounds just as good. I don't know what wood they used for these but it's my heaviest soloist and probably my most 'alive" sounding. I've gigged it a few times and guitarists in the audience have told me it's a very "clear full sounding guitar". so if you see one of these in a store or online for cheap give it a try , it may surprise you. even with all of my upgrades for not even 1/2 of what one of the new SL3's would cost you, and I've played this back to back with one of the new ones and the difference in feel was negligible.

Yep, I have swapped out the 580lp to an OFR several times. Works great. No need to even pull the posts, it works just fine with the original posts.

Also used a Gotoh Floyd, but I don't recommend that as you have to square up the treble side front corner of the route for it to fit.
