I did do that swap on my 94 Jackson Professional XL, I almost went with that on this one as well but wanted to try an OFR,a nd finding a chrome Schaller at the time I did this was proving to be problematic. the black ones are easy to find

seeing the new EVH Star model with the new headstock, I thought hey'd never release a banana headstock...so i found a desolation charvel for cheap last month (stars are a PITA to find... it's either those , or USA models or Gus G model, not a lot in between) and modded it a bit, schaller trem, some gold parts....), the seller finally changed his mind and voila !

Semi custom. SD has this Floor Shop Custom program where they only allow you to change colors, logos, covers etc. Just the aesthetic mods you can do to the pickups. 6-8 week build time.

Well, it finally happened - I placed an order for the new concept series RR24! Now I just have to wait until Thomann receives the shipment. I also got Emg Alexi sig pickup to go with it. My inner 14 y.o. is very happy

Can confirm. Went through Squid Music on reverb and it was really simple and not even that much more expensive than the regular Nazguls that I usually use.

Somebody get this unicorn Jackson Stars RR7 stateside. Neck thru and one hum!!!!
Can't imagine the neck dive on that. You'd need a strap made out of those barbed choker dog collar links so it can dig into your skin instead of slipping.

Well, here she is next to my Hapas Sludge 727. Thomann confirmed that they will receive the guitar in July of next year, so I found one (!) in session.de.
Already swapped the pickup to emg alx and set it up for D. Such a great playing guitar! Too bad my chops are not up to par yet...
