The headstocks on these and that Carvin is an absolute FALE of epic proportion.

:noway:

Might as well just Martin flat cut the end of the thing :spock:

If Marty's Jackson LP comes out I'm buying it. Period. Screw saving up for a Modern Eagle Singlecut.

Could see if the Jackson CS would still make one. Would probably be around the price of a ME Singlecut, a little more or less depending on how you spec it.

I know this will read like generic forum whinery, but what happened with the lower horn? Template maker had a slip with the band saw? There's something wrong now with the overall symmetry, IMO. :noway:

My first instinct is to say, "How do you screw up a LP?" but clearly they found a way

Maybe it's just wishful thinking, but the cutaway on Marty's guitar looks way different to that one. Also, those inlays have a distinct air of VMNT to them.

Not that I'd probably ever buy a Marty signature guitar that wasn't a Kelly, but there's always hope with that red Kelly he's been using.

Just got back from seeing this marty play from a few feet away. His has an aggressive cutaway and deeply beveled edges, definitely a different body than the one posted above. Also it looked like he had an emg het-set in it too, but I couldnt see close enough.
