Back in the PoE (Next In Line Video) era he had an Ibanez JPM, so it's not really the first.... ;)

He's had several - he had a Rand (I think) w/a Floyd, too, and I though his Rhoads had one?

Anyway, it's always cool to see Jeff.

He had a M307 on the "Dead Heart" tour, but he usually played the H307. Before he went 7 string, I think they all had Floyds - but since most licensed 7 string trems blow, I can't fault him for changing...

Dude, that is a badass guitar. It's such a joke when you see a bullseye LP w/EMGs for 3 grand. For 700 bucks you can get an extended scale 7 w/killer inlays and the EMGs.

Not that I wouldn't like a LP. Don't get me wrong!

LP's do indeed kick ass. I finally got a standard after slobbering over them for >10 years. The H-307 is a good guitar too. My H-207 suits me well because my paws need a larger radius. I was also glad to see that Steve mentioned he has both models in the interview by Jerich. From what I understand they are very similar to schecters, but I have never played one.

Back on topic, I love the tone he gets from it, and it looks damn cool. :metal:

The next time I see Jeff at one of the local shows (Seattle is NM's hometown), I'll ask him for an SS.org interview.
