The issue is dimensions. Approximately - 44x5x2. I'm going to ask for Ron's feedback on chambering the body of my upcoming S/S, so I'll ask

But, I think I've tracked down a nice piece of IRW that's big enough for at least two neck-through guitars.

Not that I've seen. I know KxK is working on knocking out a lot of backed up paint work right now, so I think that's taking priority at the moment.

Technomancer (or anyone else!).... what's the difference between Carve 1 and Carve 2? I can see 'radius' clearly, but can't spot the differences in 1 and 2 so clearly.

It looks to be mostly in how the scoops on the horns are shaped.

Carve 2 is much more carved. I like carve 1 alot

^ exactly Carve2 is more carved and has more pronounced horn scoops. Personally I prefer Carve2 or Radius

The carve on the Carve2 shows up really well in this progress pic of one of my guitars

Updated proto pics, the pictures don't show it well, but it's candy apple red marble with gold metal flake and gold pearl in the clear. The guitar will be getting red anodized hardware and pickup bobbins.
