Hi guys,
Been hanging out on here for a while so I should probably say hello. I play guitar in Stormzone, a metal band from Northern Ireland. We've played around Europe quite a bit, including some big festivals - Wacken, Sweden Open Air, Sonisphere, Bloodstock, Hard Rock Hell etc, and toured with some big name bands too.
I also play in Fireland, which has been going since 2003 but is more of a side-project these days, as Stormzone takes up the majority of my time and efforts.
Been playing since xmas 1991, which is a hell of a long time - I should be a lot better than I actually am but I'm pretty lazy
Gear-wise, I have four Jackson King Vs, a Monarkh 7 string, a Stagg bass (with EMGs that cost me about four times more than the bass itself!), a Takamine acoustic, and an Ibanez RG550 that I never play. I record and play live using an AxeFX Ultra, into a Rocktron Velocity 300 and a couple of Marhsall 1960Bs. Been using ProTools since version 7 and recorded a few records for both my bands.
