2. JP 7
3. K7 (I'm not big on the inlay either but other than that I like everything else about it-seriously thinking about getting one)
4. Satrianis 7- I know its a custom but I love natural finish guitars
5. NAMM 7 (?) hopefully theres a new 7 with my name on it coming out

Unfortunately, BEAD and G are not the top 5 strings of a 7 ;). That title goes to ADGBE.

I honestly haven't played enough to judge... nobody around here carries one. I love my Hellraiser, didn't really go crazy for the RG7321 I've played, but didn't like the old Schecter 7 with floyd I tried a while back, either. I have an H207 comming in tomorrow that should be nice, though.

Old post bump, but just wanted to add that after spending a good 3 hours or so on Drew's CST yesterday and this morning, it's one of the nicest guitars I've ever played. :yesway:

I've only played one 7-string so I can't comment on this.

Good to know.

Im in the same boat. I've only played my custom 7 so the only thing I can actually make a comment on would be the UV neck (Which is far beyond sweet compared to my rg1570L, which is still pretty sweet)

Since, Chris bumped this, I will post my CURRENT top 5 7-string GUITARS.

1-UV7PWH
2-UV777BK
3-RG 7620 or a 1077XL
4-S5407
5-Carvin DC747 (even though I've never played one, I'd love to. Probably would later become #1 even though nothing beats the PWH :D)

I've only played 4 7-strings in my life. 2 of them were right-handed, and one of the rightys was a bass. :yesway:

1. ESP M-207 (the one I own)
2. ESP H-207 (the only other lefty I've played)
3. Ibanez UV777 (great guitar, but can't really judge upside down)
4. Conklin Sidewinder 7-string bass (WOW OH WOW! But, again, no fair judgement without being a lefty)
