Hi there.
I haven't played guitar for THAT long, but I really love it though. Sometimes when I get home from school, I'll have 6 hours of spare time.
I use the book called "Riff Training" by Maniacal, which is a really great book, I would recommend it. Anyways; There is a daily practice schedule which takes 2 hours to complete, and I tend to play a bit extra, maybe work more on some legato etc. (a 3-4 hour practice session). Should this be avoided in the beginning, or just basically in general?
My question is:
Is it recommended to play for that long in just one session, or should I take a short/long break after 2 hours of playing?
