Looking for a guitar tech near me

This is my first post here, and I didn't know where else to look for answers.

I'm looking for someone that is a certified guitar tech near bakersfield California. I don't trust the guy at my local guitar center, so that's not an option. I just need someone that can do a fret level, and a basic intonation, so if anyone knows of a good tech that's trustworthy then please let me know.

How bad are the frets that you need a fret level? Setting intonation is really easy, something you can do yourself. Save yourself some money if the frets aren't that bad.
