Looking for budget overhead mic

Howdy!

Looking for recommendations for a budget overhead mic for recording drums. My budget was around $150 CAD and i have looked at a few options.

I thought about getting a cheap pair of condenser overheads like the Samson CO2's, but I would feel better using a higher quality single overhead in mono.

So far the only one I've really read about is the AKG P220. I can get a used one for about $100 CAD.

CAD CM217. They sound great for acoustic guitar also.

At $150 CAD no matter what you do you're in the budget end of things. Honestly I'd get some workhorse cheapo Small Diaphragm Condensers until you can afford something better. At least get some stereo image happening.
