Looking to buy an 8 string in Victoria, Australia

Hey all, I've recently decided I want to buy an 8 string after playing my friend's Schecter Damien 8. I've been looking everywhere for a store that carries these, but I can't seem to find any. It would be very helpful to me if someone could tell me a place I can purchase a Damien 8, preferably not too far from the Hoppers crossing/Werribee area, in Victoria, Australia.

i saw an 8 in Billy Hyde Music centre in perth....
Pretty sure that chain is all over Aus?

I bought a schecter damien 7 elite (the diamond series one) a week or two ago.....
am loving it!

TBH, the one I bought wasnt advertised on their website either lol.
I went in there to buy my 2nd choice (a strat), and saw the 8 and 7 string sitting there on display.

Anyways, I'm into anything metal (Not including Deathcore, Metalcore etc.)
If anyone else has some idea about where I could find a Damien 8, it would be appreciated very much.

I'm pretty sure Allans is stocking RGA8s, I know they certainly can order in, as far as Schecters go, I haven't seen any Schecters in general for months.

Billy Hyde stocks them. They aren't shown on the website, but if you go into/call a store, they should have one or be able to order one.

Alternatively you can go on eBay. Around $850 for one from the states, including shipping

No problem dude. eBay has a bunch of stuff in the states (I know because I'm looking myself at the moment ).

The shipping is expensive, but it should still save you nearly $400

metalmurphic is selling my old agile in the marketplace forum, hes in NSW

its a beautiful guitar and hes a great dude to deal with, and i would take an agile over a schecter any day of the week.

I know that Billy Hydes deal with Schecters. I did play an 8 string in Flemington.

And there's that Agile option as well.

I was considering getting an Agile, but I'm not sure because I haven't played one. I do hear good things about them, though.

Don't worry, "anything metal" doesn't include deathcore, metalcore, etc.

Seriously, though, are you just looking for a production level instrument? Because there's a godly 8-string luthier on your continent (Dan / Oni) if you're willing to go custom.

ebay is the go.. otherwise billy hydes brisbane has them.. but it will cost you more!

you could go Oni. but that will cost you possibly 3 times more..

oh how i wish i owned an oni..

Hey dude, I just bought my Damien Elite 8 off an online dealer called route 62 music.
Took about 2 weeks to ship over, Cost me LESS than the 7 does.
All ended up being about $800 including postage.
Definitely a better option to buy online. Pretty sure drum city guitar land have them for approx the same price.

Not sure where you would find a Schecter Damien 8, I haven't seen one IRL.
