None of these are really a good example of just how much his songwriting evolved on the second album.

Travis's myspace page has the video of The End from the VH1 Doors show.
I love the Doors. Only got into them recently after reading Jim Morrison's biography. Now I totally see that my favourite band growing up (The Tea Party) were hugely influenced by them. There were moments in that video that were just brilliant, but I've got a bootleg of the Doors performing that song back in the height of their careers and it blows that away (not video unfortunately, but still really freaking amazing).

But what is this shit about them having a bassist on stage?
