So, I've been revisiting some of my old favorite NES game and one of them is Mega Man. I played the Bomb Man stage and suddenly realize that the theme has a really good metal vibe on it. So I decided to record a metal version of it.

I use my Axe-Fx II mainly for the guitar and bass (I also add a Darkglass B7K), and I use EZX2 Expansion Packs for the drum (I use different kind of expansion packs, ranging from Metal Machine to Progressive Packs).

Yes! I love me some NES remakes. Excellent playing too. If you like video game remakes check out Arm Cannon (named after mega man). http://www.armcannon.com/

Thanks man! I just listened some of your stuff, and I really dig the Power Ranger theme and the Castle theme from Super Mario. The piano and synth work on that song is super dope!

I had done something like this back in HS with the Fireman stage music. Years ago, there was a user here who had an online metal band focused on MegaMan theme songs, but I'm pretty certain he ended up getting banned, and I can't recall his name...

Love me some Mega Man, and this sounds awesome. Production still has kind of a video game-y vibe to it too IMO.
