It's pretty lame compared to the other ones he's done.
This one is my favourite.

I don't like it that much. He just plays the guitars clean (Common, this is Jazz! Where are the interessting chord voicings, where's the funky bass line?) and sings clean, which is kind of neat, but yeah, nothing special. Boring. I'd rather listen to the original.

This... It reminds me more of the campfire songs they made than "smooth jazz"

That has got to be the gayest pose ever... It reminds me of It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia when Dennis tried to prove that cut off shorts helped him get a lower, more stable stance.

EDIT: On a more constructive note... That music fit incredibly well.

There is a sort of demented genius to the shred videos. Some of them really suck and some are incredible.
