never really did a hard mile timed but i know i did about 5:40 for PE class in high school, but my 5 K time was 17:52 back in the day, whatever that means to anyone....

Decided to try a 7:00 mile tonight and made it with legs to spare, that is what I'm going to call my "Current Era" or C.E. personal record 
It made me feel a lot better than trying to run this damned 5k and failing at 2-2.5 miles every single time for the past few weeks, I'm thinking I'll start alternating now between 5k and mile runs. With any luck I'll catch up to and pass my old B.C.E. sub-6-minute times before long.

My fastest was at 228 and 5'9", I ran 9:30 in my Vibram KSOs. Let's just say that was the hardest thing to do ever, it doesn't help either with very hot track and the first time running in about a year. So now I got a hurt achilles tendon and have to wear a walking boot for a month, but ya know, YOLO.
