sounds good. I drink Amplify - not an immense amt of proteins, but it has lots of amino acids that are great for after-workout shakes (recovery) and breakfast. I drink 2-3 a day when I can afford the canister

I've gained about 7-8 lbs of pure muscle in the last 6-7 months :yesway:

Coffee isn't great for you, they should've just went and said caffiene.

After the morning run...
Porridge oats w/milk and jam w/dextrose and hard boiled eggs (on the side). 2000mg Omega-6 and a cup of tea to finish it off.

Lovin' it.

45 grams of protein in 2 cups of coffee?
nevermind muscle in minutes
How about diarrhea is seconds?:fawk:
for your body to handle that you'd already have to be over 225 pounds.

There are three things I drink, Leon: water, coffee, and booze.

I'm actually curious to try that, lol. I'll cut it down by half, I think, based on Nick's comment, though.

And coffee actually IS good for you - studies have shown there's a clinically significant correlation between coffee intake and alertness, energy, and endurance. It's all the cream and sugar people put in their coffees that makes it bad for them.

That would be the caffeine, coffee has other properties that aren't good for you.
