That trem route is genius/gorgeous andI love how the cavity cover lines up with the neckthrough. Very svelte.

OK, so he still offers that option. That's cool! As I said earlier, during the concept phase for my custom guitar, I got in touch with Lee Garver and Neil Moser who both have experience with split-fretboard construction (GMW GuitarWorks). If one of their guitars turned out to get problems over time with an uneven fretboard surface or warped frets or the likes, I am sure they would have warned me. Instead, they said it's OK and so I went for it.
