An Agile is a nice guitar. For the money.
A Carvin is a guitar that your kids will be fighting over after you die.
I've been playing for 27 years, have had cheap guitars, nice guitars, spectacular guitars. My Carvin ranks at the top based on playability, and gains even more points when you realize it is about 1/4 the price of a similarly equipped guitar from other manufacturers.
If your goal is to have something to 'plink' around on, the Agile will probably serve you well. If the goal is to have an heirloom guitar that will still play great 25 years from now, go with the Carvin.
