ah cool!. The Rico's are slowly starting to trickle out for all of us who have one ordered. We are going to have quite the group of SS.org Rico owners around here now :)

Nice! That looks like the 828 on the web site. I wanted a burst on mine but just couldn't rationalize the extra cost. Sweet looking axe!

Im getting black hardware.

the pickups will be BKP Nailbombs. They should sound sick through my Mark V half stack.

Hey guys. I know its been a while, but its been worth the wait.

I got my Jekyll 727 a few weeks ago, and its absolutely incredible. the top is beautiful, the neck shreds quite well, the piezo sounds amazing in the floyd. The bareknuckle nailbombs sound perfectly heavy. Overall, im really really happy about this guitar.

what do you guys think?

my guitar is on his site: Jekyll 727 Piezo » Bernie Rico Jr. Online

I fucking love that natural & black burst that Bernie does. Nice to see a Jekyll 7 coming off the line with some BKP's too. I cant wait to get mine, but I went with Painkillers instead.

Yep it took just over 11 months... but honestly it was worth it. The guitar is everything i could want.

and the price was really really reasonable. Bernie worked with me and didnt charge for a lot of changes i wanted to make. Seriously a good deal.

If it's even remotely possible, please do some recordings with the piezos.

May I suggest a full review?
Man... this guitar is just... unbelievable.
One small question: you said the neck "shreds quite well". Why not "extrmely well"? Is this the super shredder profile?

PS: noob question: what exactly is a "oiled neck"?
