I picked this up the other day in trade from a pretty cool kid. He wanted an 8 string and I was interested in just about anything I hadn't tried before. Up came this gorgeous thing in my email and we met the next day. Unfortunately later that day I also ended up having some jerk smash my car on the highway and drive off. Since I've got that mess to deal with now I'm debating if Ill keep this one or not. So far I love it so Ill probably just move other gear to hang on to this but its a tough choice.
I hear this color is rare, anyone know much about LTD? I'm not very educated on the brand. What I do know is this plays and feels phenomenal. I've got it in C with 12-52 Elixirs and loving it.

Yeah, that's basically as high end of an LTD as you'll get. Super nice guitars. That's at newest an 06, I think, judging by the cockstock.
HNGD!

Thanks. I assume its an 02 because the serial starts with W02. I immediately felt at home when I picked it up. Makes me wish I would have checked these out years ago

Green H-1000 with cock-stock/tear drop head stock is pretty darn rare. Looks like the previous owner may have changed the pickups? Either that or 'Seymour Duncan' was rubbed off of them.
It looks absolutely gorgeous. Would hate to to hear you have to let it go :-(
Big fan of LTD's myself. Fantastic guitars (I have 2, lol).

That's most likely correct. Made in Korea? I can't even find that model on ESP's website. They have catalogs for 1995-2000, then 2003-2013.

I'd bet it's the same as the other H-100s, though; mahogany with a set maple neck.

I would do everything I could to hold on to that thing if I were you. :D

I pulled them to check. It's a SD JB and '59. Not sure why the bobbins are blank but the bottom is engraved and has the model number stickers as it should.

Yeah it's Korean with the same specs. I couldn't find much on the green models other than its potentially called aquamarine green and rare to find.

I'm digging it so I'll likely hang onto it if I can

Been searching all over God's green Hell for the H-1000 teardrop headstock in green. Let me know if you ever resell.
