Which is the other pickup and the output?

Other pickup is neck stock "schecter" with 2 wires: white and red. Works fine

I think the wiring is OK but it's hard to tell just from looking at a picture. If you have any spare wires then connect directly to the output lead and touch ends to various parts of wiring to work out where the problem is, starting with the pickup itself.
