Neko Claymore 7 Guitar - Satin Black w/ Rosewood

Brief & Accurate Description of gear/guitar: Just got this a few days ago. Its an a beauty but I'm not loving the feel of it. I am used to heavy guitars with thick necks and this guitar is lightweight with a thinner neck. I'm sure others will love this style but not feeling right for me. If I could afford multiple guitars would keep it for sure but only have enough $$$ for one so need it to be perfect for me. See pic below for specs. The neko team was awesome and hope to work with them someday again!

Really tempted to snatch this up. I just got my green Claymore 7 a couple weeks ago and love it, but I was kinda late to the party and missed out on black.

The black, dark stain rosewood is a gorgeous combo. I also read he's not planning on making any more satin black or white at this time which seems crazy as I thought those were the 2 best colors.

Yep saw that when they announced the new run. Those were my two favorite.

Where are these made? Those specs are fantastic for the price.

He is based out of Missouri but had them built overseas. Not sure exactly where but I will see if I can find it. Also, think I posted one of his early spec sheets. Here is the more current one. Only thing I remember being different is the tuners are not locking

FYI to my understanding the first run, which I assume this is from was US made, where IDK, but Neko FB page says they are US made, all runs after this one though will be chinese made.

Only the custom shop guitars are USA made.

First run of production models was China made too, I believe. And so will be the subsequent runs for now. Neko is working with a good Chinese factory that offers a few benefits compared to other factories in like Korea (for example). Chatted with the guy who owns/runs/is Neko.
