I hope Cynic picks the intensity back up a little. The last album was easy listening.

If Tool comes out with a new album, I could only imagine what it is going to be like (besides pentatonic scales and an awesome rhythm section). It seems like with every new release they just venture further and further out into less predictable song territory, but it is increasingly awesome, like an actually interesting jam session. They also get more technical as a result of those increased ethnic influences.

When I was listening to Rosetta Stoned a couple years ago, I was so preoccupied counting the beats, that I drove off ten miles into the woods by accident and ended up being very late for an accounting test.
