Nothing mysterious. Just another marketing campaign that starts with reference to a date, to get people talking about product and creating a "buzz".

Same as the latest movie/car/TV/phone that 80% of the time turns out to be a monumental anti-climax (e.g. like all the Ridley Scott movies since Gladiator).

There's a couple DG's near me that aren't complete trash but I hear they can be pretty bad around the country.

The one in my little town is decent. Still works in a pinch when I don't want to drive 20 mins to Walmart or pay the local grocery store's astronomical prices.

the axe palace posted them a day or so ago. $1599. looks like the same feature set as the ironball SE. but with a blue front panel.

The Morse covers a fair bit of that ground, especially the Invader. Definitely flies under the radar among their lineup.

Definitely not the full size head I would've picked for a lunchbox, I would've thought a Savage would be the next one in line.

I thought the Morse was like the invader and then some? Like isn't it basically an invader with an extra mid range control?
