Yes I kept the PAF 7...I never thought I would appreciate a low output pick up but it works very well with the RG8527z, in fact I find it to be a perfect match..And, as you can hear it can have a very furious sound...

I use free plugins like Lepou Legion and torpedo wall of sound or guitarhack impulses

So the neck feels really comfortable, it's like every recent 7 string Prestige models I think, as it's got exactly the same dimensions.
