New Metalcore type piece now with some Vocals!

Hey guys!

Its been a few weeks since I posted last, and in that time, amidst rehearsals and homework for school, I was able to throw this little song together.

I decided I needed a little more practice mixing with harsh vocals so I demo'd out the vocals on this one while our real vocalist is away so I could get to work.

If you guys could give it a listen and let me know what you think, be it about the mix, the writing, the structure its self, that would be totally awesome. Any advice you can give will help so dont be afraid to speak up! Im not that great at vocals yet so if you want to focus on that, that would be cool too.

I had to flatline the EQ to save my ears. LOL

Keep practicing/experimenting with recording.
Read into it, look up tutorials, get tips all about audio engineering.

oh, you can pass as a vocalist. (coming from a vocalist of 7 years)
And With a bit better Audio quality...
